Who I am
I am a Coach and Business Change Consultant with over 20 years experience working in Operational and People Management across a number of industries including Travel, Travel Technology, Music and Call Centre Technology, specialising in operational efficiency optimisation through process re-engineering, performance management, team building and team optimisation.
I believe strongly in individuals and teams building their own success stories and improvement plans. As coach and consultant, I will facilitate and guide as you work to understand and name your vision and as you devise the goals and action plans that will realise that vision.
